Everyone is welcome!

Regardless of faith, sexual orientation, or political persuasion. Campers must be 18 or older to attend Art Camp. We thrive in a beautiful setting and a community of kindhearted people!


Cost

6 Day Retreat for only $1295 ($1345 after June 1st)

  • A $75 non-refundable deposit reserves your spot

  • With Auto-pay, payments can be made monthly if you prefer to spread it out.

  • Your first payment is due at registration

  • You have until the 15th of August to pay in full

Available Discounts:

  • “Early Bird” discount until June 1st (See above cost for early savings)

  • “Bring-a-Friend” discount (see policies)  

  • UU members are offered a reduced rate as the original builders, supporters, and donors to Camp de Benneville Pines.

Discounts

Bring-a-Friend Discount

When you invite someone New to camp, both of you receive a $50 Discount!

New is defined as “has never been to Art Camp before, or hasn’t attended since 2018.

Ask your adult kids, a friend from college, your art buddies, or others to join you. When they sign up and name you as the person who invited them, you both receive the discount!

  • Both of you will get $50 off

  • You will have priority for a 2 person 2-twin-bed room

  • One Bring-a-Friend discount per person. Plus, your friend can Bring-a-Friend and so on

  • You can invite as many as you want

  • You don’t necessarily have to be roommates

  • If you last attended in or before 2018, call an Art Camp friend and ask them to invite you this year

  • Or reach out to a new camper yourself — and invite them

  • Either way, just let us know during Registration and you both receive the Bring-a-Friend discount



UU Owners’ Club (UUOC) Discount

Camp de Benneville Pines was built, supported by and still receives generous donations from the UU Community. Our UU members shall always be shown special loving consideration as THE OWNERS of CdBP. It has been primarily the generosity of the UU members and district churches that has kept CdBP functioning and thriving. On the Registration form, the UU Owners’ Club (UUOC) will be a category allowing any member who cannot otherwise afford the full price of camp, to still attend an enjoy the enrichment of Art Camp at a reduced rate.

If a UUOC member chooses to pay the regular price, they will receive a Tax Deduction letter acknowledging their donation above the UUOC price. This money will fill our Scholarship Fund to help artists needing modest financial support.

Scholarships

Inquire about a Scholarship

For those for whom the cost of camp is a hardship, modest scholarships may be available.  These must be requested by emailing the Dean for committee review and approval.

We are grateful to the Art Campers who contribute to our ongoing Scholarship Fund. Without their generous help, we could not provide Scholarships.


Non-Artist Partner Discount

Enjoys all of CdBP wonderful activities and amenities at a lower price.

If they change their mind once they see how fun art is, the fee to take workshops is $200. All materials are provided!


Roommate-Priority Benefits

Registrants must identify their Roommate in order to qualify for Cabin 6.

There are limited rooms that accommodate 2 people in separate twin beds. Declared Roommates receive Priority for two-to-a-room 2-twin-bed room.

Wait Lists are kept in registration order.


Health Policies

We have an infirmary and medical professional on site.

Activity Level

To get the most from your retreat experience, participants should be in good physical (mobility, stamina) and mental health. Come prepared for the high elevation of 6800 feet, long and fun days, and seasonal weather including a possible afternoon thunderstorm. You are responsible for being open and honest about your physical fitness.

Covid Considerations

All campers must home-test before coming to camp.



Registration Process

  • Click the “Register Now” button when registration opens on Tuesday, March 24th, 2026 at 7:00 am.

  • Fill in your contact info

  • Select your First and Second choices of Intensive

  • Identify your Roommate

  • Select your preferred accommodations

  • Use every drop-down box

  • Use the comments sections to request to Be on the Wait List for Private Rooms, Cabin 6, as well as Couple’s Rooms. Visit the Accommodations page for details.

Payment policies

  • You can use credit cards or your banking ACH — both through PayPal

  • or a check mailed to: 41750 Jenks Lake Rd W, Angelus Oaks, CA 92305

    • If write a check to register, it must be received within one week

  • Your registration is secured with a $75 non-refundable deposit plus your first payment of $200 (or payment in full)

  • If you desire a payment plan, sign up for Auto Pay (total amount with upgrades divided by the # of months ‘til camp - rounded)

  • Payments are due monthly

  • Payment in full must be received by Aug. 15th


Cancellations

$75 Non Refundable Deposit  (NRD)

July 1st to 31st:

  • $75 (NRD)

  • Plus 1/4th registration amount including upgrades

Aug 1st to I week out:  

  • $75 (NRD)

  • plus 1/3rd of registration amount including upgrades

 Within 7 days of camp:

  • $75 (NRD)

  • plus 1/2 of registration amount including upgrades

    (Historically there were no refunds within 3 days of camp)

If you are flying, we suggest that attendees buy Travel Insurance.
