Planning Your Stay
Arrival & Check-in is Thursday between 11:00 am - 12:00 noon
We kick off at 2pm Thursday
Dinner at 6:00.
We Depart Tuesday
after our Art Show & Brunch (about 1pm)
Optional Additional Night!
If you are flying in or have a long drive, you have the option to arrive one day early
Check-in is Wed. between 3:30 and 4:30
The modest, discounted fee is $40
Keep in mind, you will need to bring your own food because the first meal provided is dinner the next day
Refrigerators and microwave and toaster are available. Coffee, tea, cocoa, and mountain spring water is available all day

What You’ll Need
Pack with layers for warm days and cooler nights, and wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes.
Read the Intensive Class description pages to know what supplies you may need to bring.
The Welcome Packet campers receive in mid-August is full of details and “What to Bring”.
The altitude and activities require a degree of fitness.
Food, Drinks & Necessities
Coffee, tea, cocoa, and mountain spring water are available all day in the Lodge.
You may bring snacks and soft-drinks but these are not permitted in the cabins.
We all love Happy Hour so please bring something to share.
For Wednesday arrivals, you must bring bring your own food.
Refrigerators, microwave, and toaster are available for use in the lodge.
Our Camp Gift Shop has a few items like toothbrushes, earplugs, and warm knit caps, etc. if you forgot to pack yours.
