Our days will be organized similar to this. A more detailed schedule will be provided after registration to help you plan your activities.


Our First Day is Thursday

Arrival and Check-in is between 11:00 am - 12 noon

  • Check in and unpack

  • Eat the lunch you brought in a serene gazebo, amongst the trees, or at the Lodge

  • 2:00 pm Welcome and Orientation in the Lodge

  • 3:00 pm Your first Intensive class

  • 6:00 pm Our first meal is Dinner

  • After Dinner: Campers’ “Art Share & Tell

  • Art Share - Bring 2-3 jpeg images on a thumb drive to share. Tell us about you and your creative life for about 3 minutes while your images are projected on screen

Friday thru Monday - Daytime

Every day is a smorgasbord of choices…

  • 7am Optional yoga or guided hikes

  • 8am Breakfast

  • 8:45 -11:45 Your chosen Intensive

  • 12:00 pm Lunch

  • 2:15 - 3:45 Workshop 1 (Choose from 4)

  • 4:00 - 5:30 Workshop 2 (Choose from 4)


If you want a break from Workshops, there are many other afternoon activities to relax and enjoy!

  • 5:00 to 6:00 Happy hour (BYOB)

  • 6:00 pm Dinner

  • After Dinner: “My Life as an Artist” teacher talks and other Surprise Programs

  • Camp After Dark: Casual gatherings in the evening with conversation and more

  • Game Nite and Raffle: Yahtzee, Balderdash, jig-saw puzzles, and More

  • Star gazing, hot tubbing, conversation in the Lodge, impromptu music session, and making friends with thoughtful, loving, artistic people


Tuesday - Our final day

  • Breakfast

  • Our Art Show! Attendees and their instructors select their favorite pieces and present an Art Show in the main lodge to exhibit them for everyone to enjoy

  • Delicious Brunch

  • End of Camp around 12:30

  • Pack it up, Friends — and plan join us next year in the mountains!
